The Competence Development Institute (KUI) is now seeking a principal for our adult education program in healthcare and social services in Uppsala.
You will join a thriving organization with excellent conditions and collaborate with a group of dedicated and competent employees.
About the Position
As the principal at KUI in Uppsala, you will have overall operational responsibility for the unit. You will be responsible for the budget, personnel management, and leading the educational work. Work environment initiatives, contact with our clients and stakeholders, and the industry are integral parts of your role. As principal, you will also be responsible for marketing, which includes representing KUI in various contexts.
The position requires strong verbal and written communication skills, as communication is an important tool for both internal and external contacts. A solid understanding of finance is also essential. Proficiency in computer skills is a given, as computer usage and system management are part of the daily work.
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking someone who is either a qualified principal or has begun a government principal training program. You should have experience in a similar role in a leadership position. It is essential that you possess the necessary educational qualifications and competencies.
We value strong leadership and excellent communication skills, as the demands for these qualities are high.
