About the assignment
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist with solid experience in managing recruitment processes from start to finish. In this role, you will lead recruitments for advanced and socially important positions such as doctors, dentists, social workers, lawyers, health economists, statisticians, IT specialists, as well as roles in finance, HR, and administration. You will work systematically with competency-based recruitment and engage with candidates who have a high academic level and specialist expertise.
Requirements:
To succeed, we expect you to have:
• Documented experience of the entire recruitment process from needs analysis to hiring decision.
• At least 5 years of recruitment experience within the public sector.
• Approximately 7-10 years of experience in competency-based recruitment within the civil service sector.
• Post-secondary education in behavioral science, recruitment, or HR.
• Fluent language skills in Swedish, both spoken and written.
