We offer flexible working arrangements, as we work partly remotely and meet at the office in Härnösand two days a week, providing a good balance between community, focus, and flexibility. RESPONSIBILITIES As a regional recruitment specialist, you will provide consultative support to our managers throughout the recruitment process. You will be responsible for driving and coordinating processes, ensuring legally compliant handling, and conducting security assessments. You will work closely with the operations and play an important role in securing the talent supply in the Northern Region, which extends from Falun in the south to Haparanda in the north. Your main responsibilities will include: - Managing recruitment for a variety of roles within the region - Providing consultative support to the region’s managers - Conducting training and following up on recruitment efforts in one or more operational areas as needed - Contributing to development and improvement work You will be part of an engaged team of recruitment specialists and will collaborate closely with both HR experts and communicators. In your role, you will also have the opportunity to occasionally participate in national working groups focused on development and knowledge sharing in the area of recruitment. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone who is accustomed to independently managing entire recruitment processes. You are confident in your role, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and easily adapt to different professional profiles and operational needs. You have a consultative working style and enjoy engaging in dialogue with managers regarding selection, assessments, and the structuring of recruitment processes. You work in a structured manner, independently, and with good efficiency. You also have the courage to take initiative, make decisions, and generously share your expertise to contribute to the organization’s success. We are looking for candidates who have: - An academic degree in HR/PA or other education in combination with work experience deemed equivalent by the Swedish Prison and Probation Service - Several years of experience in qualified recruitment work - Good knowledge of qualified recruitment systems - Excellent proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written It is advantageous if you have: - Good experience with competency-based recruitment methods - Experience in recruitment within the public sector - Experience training in recruitment - Experience working as a recruitment consultant ADDITIONAL INFORMATION To be considered for employment with the Swedish Prison and Probation Service, you must meet high standards regarding suitability, judgment, security, confidentiality awareness, and comply with applicable laws.
