JOB DESCRIPTION
As a regional recruitment specialist, you will provide consultative support to our managers throughout all or parts of the recruitment process. You will be responsible for driving and coordinating the processes, ensuring lawful handling, and conducting security assessments. You will work closely with the operations and play a vital role in securing competence supply in Region Nord, which stretches from Falun in the south to Haparanda in the north.
Your main responsibilities:
- Oversee recruitment for a wide range of roles within the region
- Serve as a consultative support to regional managers
- Conduct training and follow up on recruitment efforts in one or more operational areas as needed
- Contribute to development and improvement work
You will be part of a dedicated team of recruitment specialists and collaborate closely with both HR experts and communicators. In your role, you will also have opportunities to participate in national working groups focused on development and exchange of experiences in the recruitment field.
QUALIFICATIONS
We are looking for someone who is experienced in independently managing entire recruitment processes. You are confident in your role, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and can easily adapt to different professional profiles and organizational needs. You have a consultative approach and enjoy dialoguing with managers regarding selection, assessments, and the structuring of recruitment processes. You work methodically, independently, and effectively. You also have the courage to take initiative, make decisions, and generously share your expertise to contribute to the success of the organization.
It is important for us that you share the fundamental values of the Swedish Prison and Probation Service regarding a humane view of humanity, respect for the individual, and belief in people's willingness and ability to develop. Personal suitability is of great importance.
We are seeking someone who has:
- An academic background in HR/PA or another education combined with work experience deemed equivalent by the Swedish Prison and Probation Service
- Several years of experience in qualified recruitment work
- Good knowledge of sophisticated recruitment systems
- Excellent proficiency in the Swedish language, both spoken and written
It is an advantage if you have:
- Good experience with competency-based recruitment methods
- Experience of recruitment in the public sector
- Experience in training on recruitment
- Experience working as a recruitment consultant
