We are now seeking an experienced recruitment specialist for our Recruit and Attract unit.
About the Position
As a recruitment specialist, you will own your recruitment processes from start to finish. You will be the connecting link throughout all stages of the recruitment process, leading it through both planning and execution phases. You will closely collaborate with the hiring manager and share the implementation of various recruitment process steps with the hiring manager and unit employees.
We are looking for someone with extensive experience in supporting managers in recruitment work and who can adapt their support as a recruitment specialist according to needs. The role encompasses:
• Startup meetings
• Job advertisement work
• Selection work
• Competency-based interviews
• Reference checking
Svenska kraftnät has grown significantly in recent years and continues to be in a strong growth phase. We need someone with excellent experience in qualified-level recruitment to manage our growth rate and achieve our collective goals. In this role, you will also act as a process leader for our boarding processes and participate in projects where you are expected to set requirements for system suppliers and ensure delivery.
You will have the opportunity to develop within the recruitment field and be part of our ongoing HR digitalization program, where we will work to quality assure and streamline our processes and implement new systems over the coming years.
As a recruiter, you will belong to the Recruit and Attract unit responsible for recruitment and Employer Branding. We consist of 20 employees of various ages and backgrounds. The unit's mission is to support managers during recruitment, provide ongoing support throughout the recruitment process, and ensure a qualitative introduction of new employees and consultants.
About You
Mandatory Requirements:

Furthermore, you have a degree in human resources and/or behavioral sciences. You also have:
• At least five years of current work experience independently driving, executing, and leading competency-based recruitment at a qualified level, including executive and specialist recruitment
• Good experience with state recruitment and state fundamental values
• Good experience documenting recruitment processes
• Good experience in administration and system management
• Experience driving and developing boarding processes, as this role will partially work as a process leader
• Strong ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
It is meritorious if you have knowledge and experience in:
• Recruitment within the electricity and energy sector, experience recruiting profiles such as technical specialists, project managers, etc.
• Experience leading and coordinating external recruitment suppliers as a client
• Experience working in a growth organization
• Experience working in ServiceNow
