On behalf of our client, we are currently seeking a recruitment consultant with specialized expertise in IT for a municipal housing company in Stockholm. The assignment involves conducting a complete recruitment process for an IT Operations Manager at one of Stockholm's largest municipal housing companies.
About the Assignment: The role includes responsibility for the entire recruitment process, from requirement profile and advertising to selection, interviews, and reference checks. The assignment will be carried out using a competency-based methodology and include work samples. The client wishes to interview final candidates, while you as the recruitment consultant manage the other parts of the process.
The company has a complex IT environment with both in-house and outsourced components, which means the Operations Manager role requires deep technical understanding and experience with IT infrastructure. Therefore, we are seeking a consultant experienced in assessing and matching candidates based on technical competence in areas such as OnPrem, SaaS, and Cloud.
Additional Details: Start Date: 2025-11-19, or as soon as possible. End Date: 2026-01-23. The consultant is expected to work until a new Operations Manager is hired. Scope: To be estimated by the consultant during implementation planning. Location: Remote work/own office. Candidate presentation is preferred to be done physically at the office in Stockholm. Background Check: Background verification of criminal records may be part of the process.
About You: We are seeking candidates who meet the following mandatory requirements:
• At least 5 years of experience in complex IT recruitment.
The following requirements are considered advantageous:
• Experience recruiting for similar positions within larger municipalities or government agencies
