About this role

About Nova Psychiatry Nova Psychiatry was founded with a vision to revolutionize psychiatry and the treatment of mental health issues. We strive to offer a modern and patient-centered care experience. Our goal is to provide the best assessment and treatment in Europe for individuals with ADHD, Autism, and other psychiatric conditions. Today's psychiatry is characterized by traditional methods and often slow processes, where technological advancements and patient needs are rarely prioritized. Many patients struggle to navigate a complex public system or turn to large healthcare providers where they risk becoming just another anonymous number. We have chosen to do things differently by placing the patient at the center and offering psychiatric care with five-star service. Our strategy is based on patient experience, quality, and efficiency, utilizing modern technology and innovative working methods to continuously improve and develop our operations. Our dedicated team is at the core of our business and primarily consists of psychologists, doctors, and nurses. Nova Psychiatry was established in January 2024 and currently has around 30 employees – and we are growing rapidly. We are now looking for more driven individuals who want to help shape the future of psychiatry with us. We focus heavily on hiring Sweden's most talented employees, but also on ensuring that people enjoy working here more than anywhere else. Nova's vision is to demonstrate how psychiatry can function, for both patients and employees. We believe that significant improvements can be made. We are driven by the constant desire to enhance patient satisfaction, maintain high quality, and simultaneously increase efficiency through reduced administration. We believe we can achieve all this by having fun together, daring to make mistakes, and striving to be the best at what we do. About the Role We are seeking a social and driven Recruitment Assistant on a part-time basis (8-20 hours per week). The role is flexible and can be performed remotely, making it ideal for those studying Human Resources or enrolled in a psychology program.
