About this role
Our mission at the recruitment unit is to work closely with the operations to ensure that new employees are recruited to all functions within the department.
The goal is to attract competent employees to our professions, quality assure all recruitments, and to be perceived as an attractive, modern, and professional workplace. The recruitment unit is part of the HR and communications department of the administration.
Here, you will be part of a team of ten colleagues, all dedicated to finding the best match. Collaborating with the operations-focused HR team is essential, as is working with the communications team regarding the employer brand. We have diverse skills and experiences within the department, which is also our strength. Our differences are important in our shared work to succeed in our mission. We support each other, and together we are at our best!
We need you to strengthen our recruitment team for the upcoming summer recruitments. From January to July, we are looking for two recruiters. Are you the one we are seeking?
We are looking for someone who can drive and execute recruitment for substitutes in preparation for the summer of 2026. The professions you will be recruiting for include nursing assistants, caregivers, support assistants, and support staff. You will be involved in all aspects of the recruitment process, such as selection, interviews, digital reference checks, and other administrative tasks related to recruitment. In the summer of 2025, we hired approximately 900 summer substitutes, and we expect a similar need for 2026.
A significant part of your work will involve planning, organizing, and executing the recruitment work through active dialogue with the operations and colleagues. You will have support from our recruitment team and representatives from the operations. As a person, you are goal- and results-oriented with a clear focus on delivery. Since a large part of the work involves setting up a plan and a clear timeline for the spring recruitment efforts, you must be skilled at planning and organizing. There will be many points of contact both internally and externally, so you need to be clear and communicative. Your genuine interest in and knowledge of people is essential.
We are looking for someone with ongoing or completed further education in HR, personnel or behavioral sciences, or other education combined with experience deemed equivalent by the employer. We would prefer that you have experience in recruitment, preferably volume recruitment. You should be comfortable using computers and managing various systems. Experience working in care and support is an asset. You express yourself well in both spoken and written Swedish; additional language skills are always an advantage.
Please feel free to contact unit manager Malin Olsson at 0725-849135 if you have any questions. In this recruitment process, we apply ongoing selection, so please apply directly!
Welcome with your application!
