Recruiter at Tryggsam (1-Year Temporary Position)

About the Role
As a Recruiter at Tryggsam, you'll be a key player in our efforts to attract and recruit new employees - primarily for our sales teams. You will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from creating engaging job advertisements and finding the right candidates to welcoming new hires.
You'll work closely with the business and have significant autonomy in a role characterized by pace, variety, and the opportunity to make an impact.
Responsibilities
• Create and publish attractive and targeted job advertisements.
• Actively search and contact candidates through various channels.
• Schedule and conduct interviews.
• Manage reference checks and offer process.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
• Contribute to the development of our recruitment strategies and employer brand.
Who Are You?
We are looking for someone with at least 1 year of recruitment experience, preferably in sales or service industries. You are confident in driving your own recruitment processes and thrive in a high-paced environment with multiple touchpoints.
To succeed in the role, we believe you are:
• Detailed, structured, and solution-oriented.
• Communicative and social.
• Experienced in managing multiple tasks simultaneously and prioritizing effectively.
• Fluent in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.
