We are now seeking you who want to be involved in recruiting summer substitutes for elderly care and support services for the summer of 2026! The Social Administration's approximately 5,000 employees work for people of all ages and life situations—children, youth, families, the elderly, and individuals with disabilities should have a good life every day.
Each year, around 1,200 summer substitutes are hired.
Your new job
As a recruiter with us, you will play a crucial role in finding the right summer substitutes for our operations. You will work closely with our recruitment unit and our unit managers. In this role, you will be responsible for a significant part of the recruitment process, from the first contact with candidates to the hiring of the right candidates. To ensure quality and equitable assessment of candidates, recruitment is conducted based on a developed process. Your main tasks will include:
- Conducting phone screenings with candidates
- Conducting individual interviews
- Reference checks
- Presenting qualified candidates to hiring managers
Your qualifications
- A completed university or college degree in HR, social work, or behavioral sciences is required for the position. Alternatively, other education that the employer deems equivalent.
- You should have good knowledge of the Swedish language, both spoken and written, as well as good computer skills.
- We prefer candidates who have experience working in elderly care or support services. Experience in recruitment is an advantage.

The recruitment unit consists of four recruitment consultants and one unit manager. We are part of the social administration's HR unit, which has over 20 employees, including HR consultants and staffing controllers.
In preparation for the summer recruitment of 2026, we will hire recruiters to relieve managers but also to streamline and ensure the quality of the administration's recruitment of summer substitutes. We primarily recruit nursing assistants, support assistants, care aides, support aides, housing support workers, and personal assistants.
Good to know
The recruitment is for temporary full-time positions (special fixed-term). The start date for the positions is in January, and the employment is expected to last until May. Working hours are scheduled during daytime from Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 17:00. Selection and interviews will begin only after the application period has ended. We welcome your application today!
