About the Assignment
We are seeking multiple recruiters for our client in Stockholm for an assignment starting January 7 and running until April 30, 2025. The position is full-time, working office hours 8:00-16:30 at the client's office in central Sundbyberg. Remote work is not an option.
Your Responsibilities
• Independent work on individual or all steps of the recruitment process, including establishing job requirements, advertising, selection, interviews, and reference checks
• Independent work on individual steps of the search process
• Preparing employment decisions
• Consultative support to hiring managers
• Proactive recruitment or search
• Background checks and security assessments according to security protection laws
Your Qualifications
• University degree of at least 180 ECTS credits (120 points) in HR or an equivalent educational background
• Minimum of three (3) years documented work experience in HR, specifically in recruitment
• Recruited across various competence areas (e.g., IT, finance/administration, legal, customer service) or different organizational levels (e.g., executives, mid-level managers, specialists)
• Documented experience with competency-based interview methodology
• Documented experience managing candidates in a digital recruitment support system
