About the assignment
We are seeking a recruiter for our client in Gothenburg for a project that starts in November 2025 and runs until March 31, 2026. The role is part-time at 50%, and you will work at the client’s office in Gårda, Gothenburg.
Your responsibilities
The assignment involves support in recruitment, and you will work with the recruitment process in the Varbi system. You will be responsible for:
- Creating advertising materials in dialogue with hiring managers.
- Publishing job postings in Varbi.
- Conducting candidate selection, interviews, and reference checks.
- Providing feedback to candidates.
- Closing job postings and finalizing recruitments in the system.
- Registering documents according to applicable procedures.
Your qualifications
- Experience in recruitment work within the public sector or similar organizations.
- Proficiency in working with the Varbi recruitment system.
- Experience in independently managing entire recruitment processes (advertising, selection, interviews, and references).
- Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Swedish.
- Ability to work in a structured and independent manner.
- Must be able to work physically on-site at the client's office in Gårda, Gothenburg.
Desirable
- Experience in recruitment within municipal or state operations.
- Education in personnel, HR, or behavioral sciences.
- Experience in document registration and handling of public records.
- Experience in collaboration with managers and union representatives in recruitment processes.
