About the role
As a recruiter at Carotte, you will be responsible for the entire recruitment process, from job profiling and advertising to candidate selection, interviews, and presentations. You will work broadly with recruitment assignments both internally within the group and for our external clients in the service, hotel, and facility management sectors. This means that you will recruit everything from service hosts, receptionists, and site managers to cleaning leaders, housekeeping personnel, and restaurant-related roles such as servers, baristas, or chefs. The role is broad and varied, providing you with a unique insight into various parts of Carotte's operations.
Your responsibilities include:
- Driving recruitment processes from start to finish: job profiling, advertising, selection, interviews, candidate presentations, reference checks, and testing.
- Collaborating closely with our three subsidiaries and supporting their growth with the right recruitment solutions.
- Ensuring a smooth onboarding process for new employees.
- Maintaining regular communication with clients to understand their needs and deliver quality in every recruitment.
- Creating a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about recruitment and thrives in a fast-paced and varied environment. You have a strong sense of service and people skills, enjoying both independent work and teamwork.
We believe you have:
- Experience driving recruitment processes, preferably from the staffing industry or with connections to hotels, restaurants, or events.
- Experience or understanding of cleaning services and facility management is highly advantageous.
- The ability to build trust and establish long-term relationships.
- Strong administrative skills and organizational abilities.
- A background in the tourism industry (e.g., restaurant, hotel, or event).
- Flexibility and a willingness to contribute where needed.
- Fluent Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
