We welcome your application! About the Role As a recruiter with us, you will manage the entire recruitment process – from needs analysis and requirement profiles to hiring decisions. You will lead requirement profile meetings, create attractive job advertisements, conduct candidate selection and active searches, interview candidates, and be responsible for reference checks. In close dialogue with both clients and candidates, you will create precise and long-term matches. We specialize in four business areas where you will gradually broaden your expertise and deepen your understanding of our clients' operations. You will collaborate closely with our sales team, participate in client meetings, and act as an advisory partner to strengthen clients' growth through the right talent supply. You will become part of an engaged team of recruiters, a consulting manager, and a recruitment assistant working with clients throughout Skåne – and you will have significant responsibility from day one. You will also work closely with our sales department. Who We Are Looking For We believe you are a social and proactive person who enjoys meeting people and easily builds relationships. You work in a structured and qualitative manner, have a clear direction in your work, and are motivated by achieving set goals. You take responsibility, dare to take initiative, and have enough energy to drive processes forward even when the pace is high. With great commitment and a desire to develop, you enjoy seeing concrete results from your efforts. • Relevant academic degree • At least one year of experience in recruitment as a recruitment consultant, recruitment assistant, or equivalent • Good communication skills in both Swedish and English, spoken and written For us, the right attitude is the most important.
