About this role
Are you an engaged and structured recruiter who wants to make a difference in an agency with high competence and important missions? With us, you will play a central role in the operational recruitment work and provide consultative support to managers. You will directly contribute to building the organization during a time of strong growth, where the right skills are crucial for our missions to succeed. Here, your expertise makes a real difference while you take on a role that is broad, varied, and offers you the chance to grow both professionally and personally.
About the Position
As a recruiter, you will be part of a knowledgeable team that works together to provide both consultative and operational support to the agency's managers in recruitment. With us, you will work broadly with recruitment for a variety of roles across the entire agency, making the assignment both developmental and diverse.
You will independently manage several parallel recruitments in collaboration with hiring managers. In some assignments, you will work alongside other recruiters in larger volume recruitments—either as a driving or supporting party. In this role, you are responsible for driving recruitment processes from start to finish, which includes involvement in job profile work, selection, interviews, and reference checks. As support to managers, you will conduct almost exclusively the first interviews digitally and independently. Later in the process, security clearance interviews will be conducted by security protection coordinators, and HR assistants will support managers with the final administrative work in the recruitment process.
As a recruiter, you will collaborate in various ways with other competencies within the HR and communications department, including HR partners and the communications department. The role also offers the opportunity to participate in and contribute to our ongoing improvement and development work in the area of recruitment and competency supply.
The position is based in Stockholm. Business travel may occur.
About You
We are looking for someone with an academic degree in HR or equivalent, or who has acquired similar competencies in other ways that we consider equivalent. You have at least a few years of current and relevant experience in providing both consultative and operational support to managers in recruitment, and have independently managed several parallel recruitment processes (along with the associated administration). To succeed in this role, you need experience working competency-based recruitment in a larger organization. The position also requires good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
Personal qualities are of great importance to us. We welcome applicants with diverse backgrounds and experiences and are looking for someone who is structured with a good ability to organize, plan, and prioritize your work effectively. You work well with others and use both your perseverance and collaborative skills to drive projects and tasks forward, even in more challenging situations. Furthermore, you have the ability to communicate clearly while being receptive and willing to support others.
