About this role
In Region Gotland, you can develop and grow, both as an individual and together with others. When you work with us, you contribute to making Gotland an even better place for people in all walks of life. We make each other better.
Recruitment and Staffing Unit
At the recruitment and staffing unit, we work every day to make a difference.
We support operations within elderly care, schools, preschools, leisure activities, and meal services.
Here, you will meet an engaged, competent, and welcoming team where ideas are encouraged, and together we drive development forward. You will work in an environment that combines joy in work, professionalism, and clear social benefit, where you truly have the opportunity to make an impact.
We are now seeking a recruiter for a temporary position - a chance for you who want to develop, take responsibility, and work on something that genuinely makes a difference for both employers and job seekers.
Your Responsibilities
As a recruiter with us, you will play a central role in driving the entire recruitment process - from the first contact to employment. You will work closely with responsible managers, write job advertisements, interview candidates, and conduct reference and background checks. The role also includes certain administrative tasks related to the process. We work closely together and support each other in the team, but we also value your own drive and responsibility to develop both working methods and processes.
Who Are You?
We prefer that you have a higher education in human resources and labor science, or equivalent experience, as well as documented experience in recruitment - preferably from larger application flows. Knowledge of the Employment Protection Act (LAS) is an advantage. However, the most important qualities are your drive, curiosity, and ability to plan and prioritize even when the pace is high.
We are looking for someone who wants to make a difference and contribute to building the organization of the future through professional and engaged recruitment. You are confident in your role, enjoy managing multiple processes simultaneously, and are motivated by creating good relationships and meeting people.
With us, you will have the opportunity to take responsibility, grow in your role, and be part of a team that supports each other and shares successes.
Are you ready to make a difference? Seize the chance to become an important part of our work for a more inclusive labor market for a period. Submit your application today - we look forward to hearing from you! Interviews will be conducted on an ongoing basis.
