Recruitment and Staffing is a unit within the HR department whose core mission is to support the Police Authority in skills provision. The unit is responsible for offering professional, accessible, legally secure, uniform, and equivalent support in recruitment and staffing. We are also responsible for the national onboarding process for new employees, management succession, and the agency's work in attracting the right competence and retaining the expertise we already have. The mission of attracting and retaining is based on strengthening the agency's employer offering with the aim of creating an attractive workplace. In your role as HR Consultant, you will support all national departments within the agency, with a primary focus on the IT department. The work thus involves a broad range of varying professions and job roles across different work areas. We are now seeking driven and committed HR Recruitment Consultants who want to contribute to something greater in a rapidly changing environment. WORK TASKS The assignment involves independently driving parallel recruitment processes and acting as a consultative HR support to recruiting managers within your area of responsibility. With us, you play a crucial role in quality assuring our recruitment processes and ensuring compliance with regulations and administrative guidelines. It is a given that we work together as a group to contribute to our common goals and ongoing development. Many parts of the work take place in digital environments. Your primary work tasks are: • To be a consultative support to the recruiting manager during the recruitment process • To independently drive multiple parallel recruitment processes from job profile and advertising to selection, interviews, reference checking, and associated administration • To handle administrative tasks such as archiving and releasing public documents QUALIFICATIONS This is an opportunity for you who have: • Relevant post-secondary education, preferably in HR or equivalent experience assessed by the employer • At least three years of relevant experience in independently driving full recruitment processes • Experience in recruitment within the IT area • Very good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish It is meritorious if you also have: • Experience with competency-based interview techniques • Experience using work psychological tests in recruitment • Experience in recruitment within public sector, preferably state sector Personal Qualities: To thrive with us, you need to have a structured work approach and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously as the work pace can shift quickly.
