We are seeking someone who wants to help develop our training studio at Lindens Torg in Kungsbacka – part of the international fitness chain fit20.
fit20 offers strength training for everyone who knows they should exercise – but struggle to get started. Our training is effective, gentle, and only takes 20 minutes per week. Our studio is small and personal, and we are ready to expand.
We are now looking for a sales professional who is passionate about fitness and people – and who would also enjoy working as a personal trainer in the studio.
What does the job involve?
• Primary focus: member recruitment – through marketing, trial sessions, and follow-up.
• You will be responsible for ensuring new customers have a positive experience and understand the value of becoming fit20 members.
• You will also help take care of existing members – and can lead training sessions in the studio.
• You will contribute to the company's growth, both in member numbers and organizational structure.
Position Details
• Part-time position to start with.
• Opportunity for full-time work as membership increases.
• We are open to discussing scheduling flexibility.

• Experience in personal training is preferred but not required – most important is your desire to sell and grow with us.
