In Sweden, we are represented in the market primarily through the retail and workshop concepts BDS, Bil-service, and Trygga Verkstan. **Your Responsibilities** As the Complaints Manager, you will handle product complaints and be part of our warehouse and logistics department. You will manage complaints from customers, resellers, and suppliers, as well as internally with purchasing and our product managers. You will also play a key role in our efforts to maintain good relationships with our customers and partners, even when issues arise. You will assess and ensure that the complaints process is conducted correctly. Primarily, the work involves receiving and managing complaints from customers and suppliers, documenting and tracking statistics, and reporting results to the Warehouse & Logistics Manager. You will be responsible for addressing customers in complaint matters and negotiating and compensating customers as necessary. Additionally, you will participate in negotiations with resellers and suppliers concerning complaints and responsibilities. In your role, you will be responsible for ensuring that correct decisions are made in individual complaint cases and working with statistical data and analyses related to complaints. You will contribute facts and technical experiences during changes to existing services or when new services are developed, and you will manage complaints support and administrative procedures related to this process, among other responsibilities. With great drive and strategic awareness, you will continue to create foundations for the development and improvement of our services to minimize complaints over time. **Your Profile** We are looking for someone with a technical education at the high school level, knowledge of vehicles, and several years of experience as, for example, an automotive technician, customer service representative, or similar roles. You are skilled at expressing yourself professionally in both spoken and written Swedish and English. You have a strong technical interest and excellent skills in Office 365 and some business system. As a person, you are structured, service-oriented, flexible, outgoing, and have a good sense of order, along with a liking for administrative tasks. This is a full-time position based in Kista, with a 6-month probationary period. We have a collective agreement with Svensk Handel and Handels.
