Falck continues to grow and is now seeking a Rehabilitation Coordinator based in Malmö. As a Rehabilitation Coordinator at Falck Health and Working Life, you play a very important role in creating value and results for our clients, where your work enables early interventions aimed at promoting health in the workplace. You will drive rehabilitation cases forward in collaboration with cross-functional teams at Falck, consisting of company doctors, occupational nurses, physiotherapists, psychologists, and others. You will have overall responsibility for a structured and effective rehabilitation process and will work consultatively to convey knowledge about workplace and health issues. Our clients come from all sectors, both private and public, large and small businesses. This provides an interesting variety in your job, and you will encounter a range of different cultures and individuals, with the opportunity to focus and deepen your work in one or more other areas, such as alcohol and drug issues. You will, among other things, work with: • Coordinating and collaborating with the various stakeholders in the rehabilitation process both externally and within Falck • Leading rehabilitation meetings with the client team within Falck as well as at client companies • Planning and coordinating rehabilitation plans developed to actively promote return to work • Motivational conversations and psychosocial support for individuals in their rehabilitation process • Support and close collaboration with managers and HR at the client company to ensure the process moves forward We are looking for someone who: • Holds at least a bachelor's degree as a nurse, occupational therapist, physiotherapist, or similar • Has good experience in rehabilitation issues, preferably from occupational health services or consulting firms • Has strong IT skills and the ability and interest to deliver using digital tools • Is proficient in Swedish and English, both spoken and written Meritorious: • Experience working with rehabilitation issues in relation to the employer's responsibility for the work environment • Experience in project management/coordinating team efforts • Coordinator training, such as KI's coordination efforts, coordinating sick leave and the rehabilitation process As a person, you: • Are goal-oriented but can also adapt and rethink if circumstances change • Are self-driven, take responsibility for the process, and push it forward • Find it easy to collaborate and see the value in utilizing the team's expertise to meet client needs • Have the ability to plan and structure while keeping the overall picture in mind • Are customer-oriented and business-minded; you listen to and understand the client's needs and Falck's mission. Permanent employment starting with a 6-month probationary period. Full-time position with a 100% workload and start date according to agreement. Working hours are weekdays from 8 AM to 5 PM, excluding holidays.
