The Adult Psychiatric Clinic in Kungsbacka is now seeking a rehabilitation coordinator, responsible for ensuring and developing the sick leave process for our patients at the clinic in Kungsbacka.

**Job Responsibilities**
As a rehabilitation coordinator, you play a key role in identifying patients and guiding treatment teams to ensure that patients in the sick leave process receive the best conditions for appropriate interventions. You will work consultatively within the teams and also provide support to patients. In this role, you will serve as the point of contact for external stakeholders regarding rehabilitation and sick leave issues related to patients' sick leave processes. You will be part of our internal network of rehabilitation coordinators within outpatient psychiatry as well as within the region's extensive network of rehabilitation coordinators for the entire Halland Region.

Outpatient care offers psychiatry close to the residents and has clinics in every municipality. Our operational focus, "The right care at the right time!" involves continuous efforts towards increased quality, shorter lead times, and better patient participation. Improvement work is ongoing and involves all staff, giving you significant opportunities to influence the development of psychiatry in Kungsbacka.
The clinic in Kungsbacka consists of two general psychiatric teams, one addiction team, and one psychosis team. The Adult Psychiatric Clinic (VPM) in Kungsbacka is a specialist psychiatric clinic with approximately 65 employees working transprofessionally, in collaboration with both inpatient care and local healthcare. We do not employ temporary staff.
The teams include doctors, psychologists, social workers, nurses, nursing assistants, physiotherapists, rehabilitation coordinators, occupational therapists, and medical secretaries. The Adult Psychiatric Clinic in Kungsbacka is tasked with assessing and treating specialist psychiatric patients. The target group includes individuals over 18 years old with severe depression and anxiety disorders, bipolar disorder, personality disorders, autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, psychotic disorders, substance abuse issues, and suicidality.
The Adult Psychiatric Clinic in Kungsbacka is located about a 20-minute train ride from Gothenburg and Varberg.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for someone with a higher education in a field deemed relevant by the employer, such as social work, nursing, occupational therapy, or physiotherapy. Experience working in healthcare and previous experience as a rehabilitation coordinator is advantageous.
You should be proactive in rehabilitation matters and knowledgeable in insurance medicine. You are someone who enjoys coordinating multiple tasks and contacts through various meetings. It is also crucial that you can set boundaries, see the bigger picture, and work goal-oriented. Since you will collaborate with patients, authorities, employers, and other healthcare providers, it is important to have strong social and communication skills. We place great emphasis on personal suitability. You must have good proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. A valid driver's license (B) is required.
