Do you want to contribute to strengthening our work with health promotion initiatives and rehabilitation? We at FolktandvĂĄrden Stockholm are currently seeking a rehabilitation specialist for a project position – an initiative where you will have the opportunity to develop health promotion efforts and rehabilitation over a period of 10 months, with the possibility of extension. About the role As a rehabilitation specialist, you will play a crucial role in strengthening our work with health promotion initiatives and rehabilitation. You will provide support to our managers and HR in daily operations, contributing with security, structure, and guidance throughout the rehabilitation process. In this role, you will work with significant responsibility and drive projects forward while collaborating closely with the organization. You are motivated by developing and improving methods that strengthen healthy employees and create a sustainable workplace over time. You will map needs, analyze absenteeism patterns, and assist in prioritizing which initiatives make the most significant impact. The assignment is carried out within the framework of a project where you will have the opportunity to develop working methods and contribute to long-term improvements. You will be part of the HR and payroll department with 14 dedicated colleagues who are eager to share knowledge and develop working methods together. We work in a hybrid setup with work both from our office in Södermalm and from home. Your main responsibilities: - Support managers and HR throughout the rehabilitation process - Lead and drive projects related to health promotion efforts and healthier employees - Independently drive development issues within the rehabilitation area - Map and analyze absenteeism to identify needs and prioritize initiatives - Develop working methods, routines, and processes that enhance employee well-being and create a unified and sustainable rehabilitation effort - Participate in internal working groups related to leadership, culture, and work environment, and contribute to knowledge development in the area We are looking for someone who has: - A higher education in behavioral science, human resources, or equivalent knowledge acquired through experience - Experience in independent work with rehabilitation and health promotion initiatives, both strategically and operationally - Good knowledge of labor law related to absenteeism and rehabilitation - Experience collaborating with trade unions and external actors such as the Swedish Social Insurance Agency and/or occupational health services - Experience in independently driving projects or development work, preferably with a focus on work environment, health promotion efforts, or initiatives for healthier employees is an advantage. As a person, you are confident in your professional role, relationship-building, and solution-oriented. You thrive in an advisory role, see the bigger picture, and have a knack for creating structure in complex processes.
