About the role
As a registrar, you play a central role in the court's daily operations. The work is varied, social, and requires both structure and flexibility – perfect for you who thrive in a dynamic environment.
Main responsibilities
As a registrar, you will work with:
• Receiving and registering new cases and incoming documents
• Filing of public documents
• Archive work and other administrative tasks
• Daily contact with the public and other stakeholders
Since we are a smaller court, the breadth of tasks is significant, and it is natural for us to help each other.
About you
In the role of registrar, you are meticulous and deliver high-quality work. You have a strong ability to plan, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Your communicative and collaborative personality allows you to interact with people professionally and build good relationships. Since the pace can sometimes be high, it is important that you remain calm and stable even in stressful situations. To be considered for employment, you must meet high standards regarding judgment, security awareness, and suitability. This means that you uphold democratic values and the governmental principles that guide the operations of the Swedish Courts. We require that you comply with applicable laws. We place great emphasis on personal qualities.
Requirements
• Completed and approved upper secondary education, or equivalent education
• Experience in administrative work, as assessed relevant by the employer
• Good computer skills, including the Office suite and other digital systems
• Good ability to express yourself verbally and in writing in Swedish and English
Meritorious
• Experience in administrative work within the public sector, as assessed relevant by the employer
• Experience in registry or archive work
• Paralegal education or other relevant education for the job
About us
Hälsinglands District Court consists of a judicial unit, a preparation unit with a case department, and an administrative unit. The court adjudicates cases and matters from the municipalities in Hälsingland. Currently, 25 people work at Hälsinglands District Court, including judges, court clerks, legal advisors, court administrators, and administrative staff.
About the workgroup
You will be part of a team alongside another registrar and will also collaborate closely with other personnel categories at the court.
