**Description of the Workplace**
Do you want a central role in a dynamic organization where structure meets development? As a registrar and administrative coordinator at LTH's office, you will become a key person in ensuring proper governmental practices and efficient administrative processes.
The LTH office consists of about 150 employees who work on issues related to education, finance, management support, infrastructure, communication, libraries, and personnel.
You will be part of the Department of Management Support – a team of 13 dedicated colleagues who work in various ways to provide effective administrative support to the faculty's management and organization. The work environment here is characterized by professionalism, collaboration, and development. Your workplace will be in the Student Union building.

**Job Responsibilities and Areas of Responsibility**
The position encompasses three main areas:
- **Registration and Archiving**
You will act as the registrar at LTH's office. You will manage the archiving for those case handlers who do not archive matters themselves. You will lead the faculty's registrar network, guiding on archiving and filing. You will ensure that quality reviews are conducted within the faculty. You will strive to develop and improve routines and system support, preferably in collaboration with Lund University's central network for registrars and archivists. You will handle cases related to the release of public documents.
- **Data Protection**
You will be one of the faculty's local data protection coordinators, supporting the faculty on GDPR matters.
- **Proper Handling**
You will work on coordinating meetings, continuously updating governing documents, ensuring accessibility of documents, various compilations, minute-taking, and correspondence with authorities. You will also be responsible for the faculty's referral management. You may work as a web editor. Other administrative tasks may arise.
**Qualifications**
We are looking for an experienced administrator who is comfortable with both routine tasks and qualified case handling. You have a sense for language, an eye for detail, and ensure correct processes while actively contributing to the development of routines, work methods, and systems.
**Requirements for Employment:**
- At least a high school education
- Very good administrative skills and experience in qualified administrative work
- Good experience working in W3D3 or similar document management systems
- Good experience with GDPR matters
- Very good knowledge of Swedish, both spoken and written
- Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written
- Good computer skills and proficiency in the Office suite.

You are service-oriented and have a very good ability to collaborate with many parties. You have good teamwork skills, are proactive, and possess strong communication abilities.
**Meritorious for Employment:**
- Experience in administrative work within the university and higher education sector or other public sector
- Experience in web publishing, e.g., Drupal
- Experience with administrative support systems such as Ladok and Proceedo
- Academic qualifications or other education relevant to the tasks
- Experience in registrar work within the public sector
- Knowledge of governmental practices.
Consideration will be given to how the applicant's experience and competence are assessed to complement and strengthen the administrative work within LTH's administration and contribute to its future development.
**Other**
The employment is permanent with a full-time scope, starting in February 2026 or as agreed. A probationary period may be applied.
