About the assignment
The municipality's central registration office is part of the municipal administration and is staffed by a registrar, two committee secretaries, and an assistant. The team works in the case management systems Evolution and Vision. The tasks will include, among others:
• Registration
• Record keeping
• Dispatching
• Release of public documents
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who has:
• Several years of experience in a similar role in a municipality
• Experience in the release of public documents
• Experience with the case management system Evolution
• Proficiency and a good understanding of the laws and regulations governing public operations and the registrar's function and responsibilities
• Proficiency and a good understanding of the Swedish language in both spoken and written form
Desirable qualifications:
• Experience with Vision
What we offer;
We offer you a consulting assignment with our client with flexible part-time or full-time options. The intended start date is as soon as possible until March 1, 2026, with a possibility of extension. There are good opportunities to work a significant portion of the assignment remotely. You will be employed by Jurek and offered a fixed-term employment.
