Westcoast Windows is a Swedish window manufacturer with its own factory in Trollhättan. The products are sold through the building trade, and the company has experienced stable growth since its inception in 1995. Today, we have 75 employees and generate approximately 135 million SEK in revenue. Westcoast Windows is part of the Inwido Group, which had a revenue of 8.8 billion SEK in 2024. Our windows are designed to withstand tough climates, provide long durability, and create security in the home.
REGIONAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE – SOUTH REGION
We take pride in our roots and, with our technical expertise, manufacture premium windows of high quality. We look forward to taking further steps towards developing energy-efficient solutions, with a long-term profitability and responsible approach to both customers and the environment. We are now seeking an energetic and business-oriented salesperson who wants to take full responsibility for sales in the South Region. You do not need to have specific experience with windows – the most important thing is that you are a skilled relationship builder and new customer developer who can deliver results. Experience working with the building trade or selling construction-related products is an advantage.
WE OFFER
As a Regional Sales Representative for the South, you will have an independent and varied role where you drive sales both tactically and operationally. You will report to the Marketing Manager/Sales Responsible and be part of a team of eight people (three regional sales representatives and five inside sales representatives). Your region extends from Kalmar to Malmö and further along the west coast up to Varberg. You will work from home, and we prefer that you live strategically within the region, ideally along the west coast, where the majority of our existing customers are located.
You will have significant freedom to plan your work and develop the business in your region. Most customers are within the building trade, where your mission is to nurture and further develop existing collaborations as well as drive new customer acquisition.
Your main responsibilities include:
• Developing and enhancing sales in the South Region.
• Building long-term relationships with retailers in the building trade.
• Structuring, planning, and following up on sales activities to achieve set goals.
• Conducting customer visits, product presentations, and training for retailers and craftsmen.
• Collaborating closely with internal functions to ensure high customer satisfaction and delivery precision.
YOUR PROFILE
We are looking for someone who:
• Has at least three years of experience in B2B sales, preferably as an outside salesperson.
• Has experience in the building trade or selling construction-related products.
• Has a clear business and results focus, is communicative, and confident in driving business dialogues.
• Is structured, independent, and enjoys taking responsibility.
• Has good knowledge of finance and follow-up, is comfortable with systems, and works fluently in the Office suite.
