Job Description As Regional Sales Representative at Junora, your primary focus is to bring in new objects for sale on our auction platform. Your first priority is customer acquisition - prospecting, contacting, visiting, and following up with customers to increase platform usage. Your own activity creates results, with pre-booked meetings available for support. You are responsible for the entire process from first contact to publication and follow-up, guiding customers through the platform and auction process. The role requires drive, initiative, and the ability to turn expectations into concrete business opportunities. You work independently but are part of a team where collaboration and experience sharing strengthen both you and your colleagues. Responsibilities • Prospect, process, and visit new and existing customers across various industries. • Conduct customer meetings and drive the entire sales process - from first contact to closure. • Identify and publish customer objects on the platform. • Build long-term relationships and ensure recurring business. • Actively engage in outbound sales, networking, and cold calling. • Follow up on sales, identify new business opportunities, and collect references. • Report customer activities and results in the CRM system. Qualifications • At least 3 years of sales experience. • Documented experience in outbound sales. • Experienced in working against individual budgets and KPIs. • Good system skills, preferably CRM experience. • B driver's license. • Fluent Swedish in speech and writing. Meriting • Experience with machines, vehicles, or construction. • Previous work with customers in agriculture, industry, building, or similar sectors.
