Our after-sales department consists of approximately 100 dedicated employees who work together to deliver world-class service. In your future team, there will be around ten service technicians located in eastern Småland and Blekinge. As the Regional Service Leader, you will be a key player reporting directly to the Regional Service Manager, contributing to ensuring quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction in the region.
What we offer:
• The role involves managing and coordinating the service technicians in your area, and you will be responsible for following up on their daily work.
• You will have personnel administrative responsibility for time reporting and service orders, as well as financial responsibility for calculations, invoicing, and follow-up.
• You will motivate the service technicians in your area and be responsible for planning and conducting salary and employee reviews.
• You will handle daily contact with customers and employees, as well as conduct sales and follow-up meetings with customers and suppliers in your region.
Responsibilities and qualifications:
• You are an engaged and goal-oriented person who enjoys working in a broad role with significant responsibility and good development opportunities.
• Furthermore, we expect you to be experienced in motivating and developing teams, and that you are responsible, meticulous, enterprising, and structured.
• We also prefer that you have the ability to build good long-term relationships and that you enjoy generating business, being service-oriented, and creating new customer relationships.
• The ideal candidate has documented experience in a leadership role, preferably with remote experience, and possesses strong administrative skills.
• Experience from industries such as forklifts, construction, trucks, workshops, or similar is advantageous.
