Regional Sales Representative – Switzerland Plejd is expanding its presence in Switzerland and we are immediately seeking an experienced sales professional for the entire Swiss market! With our solid foundation, we see great potential in German and French-speaking regions and want to strengthen our team with a person who will drive sales, build customer relationships, and contribute to our further expansion. About Plejd Plejd is a rapidly growing Swedish technology company specializing in intelligent lighting and home automation. We simplify electricians' work with innovative solutions based on cutting-edge technology. As a leading provider of lighting and shading control in the Nordic countries, we are now expanding into Central Europe. The Role In this B2B sales role, you will work closely with electrical wholesalers and professional electricians to make Plejd's intelligent lighting and shading solutions an integral part of their product offering and daily work. Your main focus will be on building long-term relationships, conducting practical product demonstrations, and supporting wholesalers and electricians in understanding and marketing Plejd solutions. As this is a field sales position, you will spend a significant portion of your time meeting customers, including customer visits, training sessions, and trade shows. The work will be home-based but requires frequent travel throughout Switzerland. Who We're Looking For We seek a candidate with B2B sales experience, preferably having sold to electrical wholesalers or in electrical installation. In-depth knowledge of electrical installations is required; ideally, you have worked as an electrician. You should have excellent communication skills and a talent for building long-term, trusted customer relationships. Key Responsibilities - Increase sales and expand Plejd's presence in German and French-speaking Switzerland - Build and maintain close relationships with wholesalers and electrical installers - Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions - Identify new business opportunities and promote growth - Serve as a reliable point of contact for existing customers in close collaboration with our support team in Sweden Language Requirements Fluent German or French (spoken and written) is required. Bilingualism is highly advantageous. Good English language skills are desirable and considered an advantage but not mandatory. Additional language skills, such as Italian, are beneficial.
