About the Role of Regional Method Developer
As a regional method and competence developer, you are an operational expert tasked with strengthening methodology, quality, work methods, and professional execution in our LSS/SoL operations. You'll work closely with managers and employees to ensure our methods are used correctly, knowledge is applied in practice, and operations receive support in developing with high quality, best methodology, and structure. You'll report directly to the regional manager and be a key resource in the regional management group. The role is mobile, with Region East covering Östergötland, parts of Södermanland, and southern Stockholm.
Primary Responsibilities
• Train and introduce employees and managers to our methods and pedagogical approaches
• Guide and support operations in implementing new or existing methods
• Contribute to developing and improving methodological materials, routines, and training support
• Follow up method usage and create learning through reflection, observation, and feedback
• Serve as a sounding board for operational method and development issues
• Collaborate with quality, HR, and training departments to ensure skills development aligned with company strategic goals
• Support managers and employees during placements and actively work to enable secure placements
Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you have:
• Relevant education such as support pedagogue, social pedagogue, social worker, or behavioral scientist
• Multiple years of experience and knowledge of the LSS adult target group (section 1)
• Training and experience in clarifying communication (AAC) and low-arousal approach (LAB)
• Documented experience with psychiatric comorbidity and substance use
• Experience working with individuals with autism and challenging behavior
• Experience working with individuals with complex psychosocial behavioral challenges
• Computer skills and excellent Swedish language skills, both verbal and written

• Experienced in LSS with deep understanding of target group needs
• Confident in a pedagogical approach and experienced in educating, mentoring, or coaching
• Practically minded, solution-oriented, and comfortable working closely with operations
• Driven by method, quality, structure, and the desire to make a difference daily
• Structured and independent yet collaborative – building relationships and creating engagement
Bonus Points if You Also Have:
• Studio 3 license
• Training in TBA, PBS, and/or CBT
