Responsibilities As Regional Manager, you'll have full responsibility for the business area's development and results. This includes: • Leading and developing the region in line with Hardware & Design strategy and business plan • Full result responsibility for growth, profitability, and staff turnover in the region • Building the market's best customer relationships and driving sales through both personal and team efforts • Recruiting, developing, and leading employees with a focus on meeting customers' most important development projects • Ensuring a strong delivery organization through collaboration, specialist expertise, and innovative working methods • Responsible for executing strategic initiatives and contributing to the development of the entire Hardware & Design business area • Actively driving a corporate culture that strengthens Knightec Group Qualifications We're seeking a driven and business-minded leader with the ability to combine strategic perspective with operational execution. You are results-oriented, engaged, and thrive in a role where you can build strong teams, develop business, and drive change. As a person, you have high energy and the ability to create trust both internally and externally. You lead by example, act as a role model, and inspire your team through your own actions. In addition to your personal qualities, we want you to have: • Relevant engineering education, preferably a Master's in mechanical engineering or product development & design • Solid experience in service sales and B2B sales • Solid experience in business development, preferably within a technology-intensive consulting business • Experience working closely with industry customers and understanding their development challenges and needs • Documented experience leading and developing operations with full result responsibility • Strong leadership skills and experience recruiting, developing, and motivating employees • Ability to build and lead organizations focused on growth, profitability, and culture • Ability to translate strategies into clear operational plans and implement them • Fluent communication in Swedish and English An Exciting Journey with Knightec Group Semcon and Knightec have merged as Knightec Group.
