We are now seeking a new colleague at Insitepart!
Our business area is growing, and we need to strengthen our team with a regional sales manager who wants to help develop our business within staffing and recruitment. You will play a key role in creating new customer relationships and strengthening existing collaborations with the goal of delivering value and quality to our customers. - Be responsible for new customer sales in your region and ensure we reach our sales targets.
- Network and build relationships with potential customers.
- Map and analyze customer needs to identify business opportunities.
- Contribute to strengthening relationships with existing customers through value-creating initiatives.
- Drive procurement in collaboration with colleagues.
- Collaborate with colleagues and other departments to achieve our goals with quality.
We are looking for someone who:
- Has experience in sales and building strong customer relationships, preferably within the staffing industry.
- Is social, knowledgeable, and proactive, with a natural ability to create and maintain good relationships.
- Is reliable and confident in their work, with good communication skills and a strong will to take responsibility.
- Enjoys working independently but also collaborates easily with others.
- Has an established regional network within the industry, providing good conditions to quickly identify business opportunities and create value for our customers.
Requirements:
- Experience in qualified sales work within staffing or similar.
- Experience in warehouse and logistics industry.
- Fluent in Swedish, both spoken and written, with the ability to communicate in English during customer contact, procurement, or other business-related contexts.
- Participation in qualified procurements is meritorious.
- B driver's license.
