About the Role
As an accountant at Tosito, you will be part of a dedicated team that works closely with the business. Traditional accounting tasks are mixed with administrative duties related to the company's property portfolio. The team you will join consists of three people, and together you will ensure that we have accurate figures on time. The role is broad and varied, where you will, among other things, work with:
• Ongoing bookkeeping and accounting for several companies within the group.
• Supplier and customer invoices.
• Administration of issues related to property operations, such as rental invoicing and contract matters.
• VAT, taxes, and declarations.
• Participating in quarterly and annual financial statements as well as forecasting.
• Improving and developing processes and routines.
Your Profile
We are looking for someone with post-secondary education in finance and a few years of experience in similar tasks. You have a good understanding of the entire accounting flow and are accustomed to working with bookkeeping, financial closing, and reporting. You express yourself fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing, and you are digitally savvy with Excel and business systems, preferably Visma and Fortnox.
As we are a smaller team, it is important that you are a team player who is willing to help where needed, regardless of the task, and contribute to good collaboration. You are meticulous, structured, and responsible, with the ability to prioritize even when the pace varies. You have an analytical approach to work and can see details without losing the overall perspective. Experience in the real estate industry is a plus, but not a requirement.
