We are looking for a confident, meticulous, and self-driven accountant who wants to own the process from start to finish.
**About the Role**
As an Accountant, you will have broad and independent responsibility for the entire accounting process. You will replace the current external consultant and ensure that the bookkeeping is accurate, that monthly reporting is delivered on time, and that financial routines function as they should. You will be the CFO's closest partner in financial matters, and together you will drive the company's finances forward.
Your tasks will include:
- Ongoing bookkeeping and reconciliations
- Accruals and approval routines
- VAT and tax declarations
- Monthly and annual financial statements
- K3 accounting
- Reporting to the CFO
- Contact with the bank in certain areas
- Ensuring structure and deadlines
You will not be responsible for production and inventory, but experience in inventory accounting is a plus.
**Who Are We Looking For?**
You can enter this role with two different backgrounds:
1. You are relatively early in your career (about 2-3 years) but confident in your accounting skills, meticulous, and want to continue developing in accounting without feeling pressured to quickly "move on" to BC or CFO roles. You have good experience in accounting, enjoy a broad role, and like to own and drive the process independently from start to finish.
2. Alternatively, you have worked several years in accounting (about 4-6 years), enjoy a broad role, and like to own the process from beginning to end. You seek stability and appreciate clarity, order, and structure.

**Desirable Experience**
It is not a requirement, but it is a positive if you have:
- Experience with Fortnox
- Experience in e-commerce or retail
- Knowledge of inventory accounting
- Interest in Business Control in the long term (budgeting, analysis, forecasting, BI)
