**About the Position**
For a consulting assignment at an authority in Solna, we are looking for someone who has worked for at least one year as an Accounting Economist. The responsibilities of the Accounting Economist include working with accounting and bookkeeping, accounts receivable, accounts payable, general ledger, and cash and bank reconciliations.
**Other tasks that may occur:**
- Budget work
- Work in financial systems (e.g., Unit4 ERP, Raindance, Visma)
- Prepare reports on financial results and conduct analyses regarding results and financial statements
- Participate in budget follow-up
- Work with reconciliations, troubleshooting, and controls
- Work with annual financial statements
**Assignment Period and Scope:**
The position of Accounting Economist is a full-time consulting assignment with an immediate start and is expected to last for 5-6 months.
**Requirements for the Position:**
• High school diploma or equivalent education in the relevant field
• At least one (1) year of work experience as an Accounting Economist
• Good knowledge of MS Office or equivalent knowledge in accounting systems (e.g., Unit 4 ERP, Raindance, Visma, etc.)
• Ability to communicate fluently in Swedish, both verbally and in writing.

**Desirable Qualifications for the Position:**
• At least 3 years of experience in government accounting.
• University/college studies in economics or work experience deemed equivalent by the employer.
