Job Description
As an Accounting Economist at Kiilto Family AB, you will have a varied and developing role within a team characterized by collaboration, commitment, and care. You will become an important part of the finance function in Örnsköldsvik, working both operationally and with a focus on development.
Your main responsibilities will include:
• Ongoing accounting, monthly closing, and reconciliations
• Credit management and financial analysis
• Preparation of budget, forecasts, and group reporting
• Payroll administration
• Participation in development projects related to their future ERP system
• Continuous improvement of routines and processes within finance
The role involves close collaboration with colleagues in the Swedish group companies as well as with international colleagues, primarily in Finland. Here, you will have the opportunity to contribute both your experience and your engagement in a business that is constantly evolving.
Qualifications and Attributes
We are looking for someone who has a genuine interest in finance and enjoys a broad role where analysis, structure, and collaboration are important parts of everyday life.
We believe you have:
• Several years of experience working as an accounting economist
• Relevant education, such as a degree in business administration, or equivalent competence through work experience
• Good system familiarity and experience working with various business systems
• Excellent skills in Excel and the Office suite
• Proficient knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
• Experience in payroll administration is an advantage.
