What does the role offer?
As an Accounting Economist at ACG Accent, you will be a central part of the finance department and will work broadly within accounting, reporting, and the development of financial processes. You will be part of a team where collaboration, quality, and development are the focus—and where you will have the opportunity to influence how the work is shaped moving forward.
Your responsibilities will include:
• Ongoing accounting
• Monthly, quarterly, and annual closings as well as annual reports
• VAT and tax management, regulatory reporting, and periodic summaries
• Group accounting and consolidation of the Finnish subsidiary
• Ongoing contact with the Finnish subsidiary
• Budgeting and forecasting work, as well as analysis and follow-up
• Payroll administration, including scheduling, reporting to Fora and Collectum, and support to employees on payroll matters
• Development and streamlining of routines, processes, and systems
Here, you will work in a forward-leaning company that is growing both nationally and internationally, with great opportunities for professional development and eventually taking on greater responsibility.
Who are you?
We are looking for someone who is passionate about accounting and wants to work in an environment where accuracy, structure, and engagement are integral parts of everyday life. You have an education in Economics/Accounting and may be at the beginning of your career, but have gained practical experience in closing accounts and ongoing accounting. You have also worked with group accounting or have basic knowledge and are ready to start working independently in that area.
You are accustomed to taking responsibility for your area but also thrive in close collaboration with colleagues in a team that supports and helps each other.
To succeed in this role, we see that you are structured, analytical, and curious, with a desire to develop both working methods and routines. You have good logical abilities, an eye for detail, and enjoy working in systems. Experience with Capego, K3, Pyramid, and FLEX is advantageous, as is familiarity with budgeting and forecasting.
You likely have a background as an accounting economist or similar, with a few years of experience in the finance field. However, the most important thing is your drive—your genuine interest in accounting, your desire to grow with responsibility, and your contribution to the long-term development of ACG Accent's finance function.
Is this your perfect match?
This is an opportunity for you who want to be part of an expanding company where you can combine independence with community, order with development, and precision with a forward-thinking attitude. At ACG Accent, you will be part of a modern corporation with strong values, high job satisfaction, and a culture characterized by energy, joy, and continuous learning.
We offer a secure employment with a collective agreement, a bonus system, the opportunity for training during work hours, and a work environment where laughter and performance go hand in hand. Here, you will grow, influence, and contribute to creating structure and sustainability in a company with a clear belief in the future—where accounting truly makes a difference.
