The company focuses on user-friendly and intelligent automation solutions, specializing in robot automation for picking, packing, and palletizing, primarily for the consumer and food industries, complete automation lines for the manufacturing industry, and automation in the plastics and packaging manufacturing industries. The corporate group also includes Front AGV, which develops and implements automated guided vehicles (AGVs) to optimize material handling.

As an Accounting Economist at 3Button Group, you will be part of a dedicated team of three accountants who manage the accounting for the entire company. This position is an excellent opportunity for you to develop within accounting, with much to learn from experienced economists and the chance to grow both in your role and alongside the company.
**Job Responsibilities**
As an Accounting Economist at 3Button Group, you will have a varied and developmental role, participating in the entire accounting process. You will be responsible for ongoing bookkeeping and managing the registration of the company's financial transactions, such as purchases, sales, salaries, and payments. With support from experienced colleagues, you will also take part in the preparation and execution of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, allowing you to gradually build on your competencies. Additionally, you will conduct regular reconciliations of balance accounts to ensure accurate bookkeeping and handle VAT reporting and tax declarations. A significant aspect of the role is to support the service and aftermarket department by managing billing documentation for our service projects. You will work on preparing invoices related to hours, travel time, and spare parts, which is an expanding business area within our operations.

**Education, Experience, and Personal Attributes**
- Post-secondary degree in finance and/or accounting
- At least one year of experience in accounting, e.g., as an accounting assistant, accounting economist, or cashier
- Understanding of bookkeeping and balance sheets
- Good knowledge and experience with Microsoft Excel
- Experience with accounting programs and business systems is an advantage
- Good command of Swedish and English, both spoken and written
