Accounting Economist - Freelance / Consulting Assignment At Cyber Instincts, we are seeking an experienced accounting economist to manage our company's financial operations and accounting. You will work as a freelancer or consultant, with the opportunity to contribute to the company's growth through meticulous financial management and qualified advisory services. About the Role You have extensive experience in accounting and finance, and enjoy taking full responsibility for a company's financial function. You work independently with ongoing accounting, financial statements, and tax returns, and serve as an engaged sparring partner to management. You are welcome to provide your own improvement suggestions and advice on financial routines. Your responsibilities will include: Ongoing Accounting • Booking all purchases, sales, and payroll • Handling VAT and employer declarations • Investigating and reconciling bank and tax accounts • Quality assurance of periodic financial statements • Booking annual tax and results Financial Statements and Annual Report • Preparing financial statements according to K1 or K2 • Developing annual reports and income tax declarations • Extensive experience with financial statements, annual reports, and declarations for limited companies Advisory and Corporate Support • Advising on financial and tax-related matters • Supporting new business startup and accounting system selection • Tax and corporate advisory • Company restructuring and result planning • Assistance with K10 and KU31 • Advising on collective agreements in IT/Tech • Training in accounting and business economics Qualifications • At least two years of qualified accounting experience • Extensive experience with financial statements, annual reports, and declarations for limited companies • Documented experience with Bokio • Updated knowledge of current laws, regulations, and tax rules • Fluent Swedish and English, spoken and written • Ability to periodically be present at our Gothenburg office (a few times a month or as needed) Merits • Experience from accounting or audit firms • Knowledge of collective agreements in IT/Tech industry • Experience with company formation, corporate structures, and holding companies About Cyber Instincts Cyber Instincts is a modern IT and cybersecurity company focused on protecting and developing digital solutions for businesses.
