About the Role
As an Accounting Economist, you will be part of the finance department at Craft and drive the accounting work for the sister company Tenson AB. You will closely collaborate with a colleague who manages accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Your responsibilities include:
* Ongoing accounting, year-end closing, and reporting
* Budgeting and forecasting
* Matching purchase invoices and accounting for expense invoices
* VAT reconciliations and Intrastat reporting
* Supporting Tenson AB's management with financial analyses and follow-ups
* Annual reports and tax declarations
You will report to Craft's CFO and also support the financial operations for Craft. The position is based at Craft's headquarters in Borås, as well as at Tenson's headquarters in Gothenburg approximately 2-4 days a month. Craft applies a hybrid policy where the workplace is divided between home and office.
About You
We are looking for someone with solid knowledge in accounting who feels confident in the role of Accounting Economist. You are accustomed to working independently and value building good relationships. In your work approach, you are structured, meticulous, and analytical. We believe you are driven to deliver excellent results from your work. As a person, you are self-motivated, communicative, and possess strong collaboration skills. You have a solution-oriented mindset and thrive in a dynamic environment with the ability to adapt when circumstances change.
To succeed in this role, we would like you to have:
* Knowledge and experience in bookkeeping, accounting, year-end closing, and reporting
* An academic degree in finance or equivalent work experience
* Good experience working with business systems and Excel
* Fluent in both Swedish and English, spoken and written
