Our operations began in 1989 with the production of printed products; we create everything from guides, maps, and newspapers, often in collaboration with municipalities across the country. Over the years, the company has evolved into a diversified group with a strong digital focus, offering digital services such as websites, search engine optimization, web production, and hosting, now under our own group Actcom AB. Today, we have over 100 employees located in various places throughout Sweden. Management and administration, including financial services for both groups, are handled from the headquarters in Borås, where you will also work. About the Role You will work independently but also be part of a cohesive and engaged team that collaborates and supports each other. Main Responsibilities · Ongoing bookkeeping and accounting · Reconciliations and monthly closings · Preparation of annual financial statements · VAT and tax declarations, including periodic summaries · Payroll management and personnel administration · Accounts receivable and accounts payable · Incoming and outgoing payments · Invoicing and reminder management About You · You are unpretentious, have a positive attitude, and are a good team player. · You enjoy taking responsibility, are structured and meticulous, while also being flexible and highly resilient under stress. · You are a driven person with the ability to collaborate with others as well as work independently, and you are accustomed to taking your own initiatives.
