We are looking for a service-oriented and down-to-earth accountant for a part-time position at our office in Brommaplan, just 100 meters from the subway station, with parking available for your own vehicle.
About the Company
Takfokus Sverige AB is an expanding company that offers new installation and renovation of flat roofs for residential and industrial properties. Our clients range from private individuals and associations to large corporations.
We are currently seeking an accountant to join our dynamic team. We have 10-15 employees, most of whom are roofers working on projects most of the time. Currently, the office in Bromma hosts the CEO, the accountant, and a project manager. There are great conditions for a clear handover and training.
This position is a recruitment with a start date as soon as possible.

Your Profile
We are looking for someone who has worked in accounting for at least 5 years and preferably has a degree in finance. We also require that you have strong proficiency in Swedish, both spoken and written. Knowledge of the accounting system Fortnox is an advantage. Your workplace will be at the company's office, and your role will encompass several administrative tasks in addition to accounting, as detailed below.
As a person, you are down-to-earth, meticulous, and efficient. You are naturally social as you will become the central hub of the company. You will be the employee who knows almost everything about everything.
Responsibilities
• Ongoing bookkeeping
• Payroll
• Accounts receivable and payable
• Some handling of orders and customer contact
• Tax, employer contributions, and VAT reporting
• Handling of ROT deductions
• Project accounting
• Incoming and outgoing mail management
• All administrative tasks typically found in an office
Employment Conditions
Part-time 50%, permanent. Flexibility in working hours according to your preferences. There are good opportunities for the position to expand to 100% in the future.
