At Piteå Näringsfastigheter AB (PnF), you will be offered a role where you can work broadly within finance and lease administration in close collaboration with colleagues, tenants, and other stakeholders in the municipality. As an accountant at PnF, you will be a central part of the finance department.
About the role
As an Accountant, you will work closely with the CFO and be responsible for accounting and financial administration for several of the group's nine companies. You will engage in a wide range of tasks including ongoing bookkeeping, year-end closing work, invoice management, lease administration, system support, and other administrative duties.
In this role, you will have close contact with tenants, suppliers, auditors, and partners within the municipality.
Your main responsibilities:
• Ongoing bookkeeping, reconciliations, and payments
• Supplier invoices and re-invoicing, both internally and externally
• Participation in year-end closing and budgeting
• Responsibility for fixed asset register and project activation
• Contributing to the development of financial processes
• Lease administration and customer contact
• Claims management and handling of payment flows
• Other administrative tasks
Who we are looking for
We are looking for someone who is meticulous, structured, and enjoys having many points of contact. You have a good understanding of accounting processes and take responsibility for ensuring that work is carried out efficiently and accurately. You see the bigger picture in financial work and contribute your expertise to the development of the organization.
Qualifications (requirements)
• Financial education, at least at the high school level
• At least a couple of years of experience in accounting
• Experience with year-end closing and reconciliations
• Good computer skills and experience with financial systems
• Ability to work independently, in a structured, and meticulous manner
Meritorious
• Knowledge of Rillion or equivalent invoice and financial systems
• Experience from municipal companies or public sector operations
• Interest in system development and process improvement within finance
Personal qualities
You are responsible, solution-oriented, and have a natural sense of order and structure. You enjoy collaborating and have an easy time communicating with both internal and external contacts.

About Piteå Näringsfastigheter AB
Piteå Näringsfastigheter is a wholly owned municipal company that is part of Piteå Kommunföretag AB. Since our inception in 1964, we have worked to create favorable conditions for business and employment in Piteå.
The company owns and manages approximately 185,000 square meters across 37 properties – ranging from small premises for local entrepreneurs to larger spaces for established corporations. We currently have about 20 employees who together contribute to the development and management of our property portfolio with commitment and pride.
