Main Responsibilities:
Primary responsibility for the company's financial reporting and accounting work, which includes leading the team, quality assuring financial statements and reports, and driving process development and efficiency.
Lead and develop the team – responsible for personnel, task allocation, and supporting employee skills development
Financial Statements and Reporting – responsible for ensuring accurate monthly and annual financial statements, as well as preparing annual reports and other financial documents
Process Development – Optimize and develop internal accounting processes, routines, and system support
