**Your Main Responsibilities**
As the Accounting Manager, you will be responsible for accounting and reporting for several companies within the group. Additionally, you will ensure that project accounting is accurate in the projects you are involved in together with business controllers and project managers. Your responsibilities include independently managing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as preparing annual reports and income tax returns for the companies.
In this role, you will work closely with colleagues in the finance department, business controllers, and project managers. The department is continuously developing routines, processes, and systems, in which you will actively participate.
**Who You Are**
To succeed in this role, we are looking for someone with at least 3-5 years of experience in accounting within the real estate industry. Strongly meritorious is if you have experience with construction processes from an economist's perspective and are well-versed in project accounting. We seek someone who can independently prepare both financial statements and annual reports. You likely have post-secondary education in economics/accounting.

You are skilled at analyzing and understanding complex structures. Furthermore, you thrive in a dynamic and changing environment and have the ability to meet deadlines.
**About the Company**
Today's Besqab was formed as recently as the spring of 2024, when the two companies Aros Bostad and Besqab merged. The companies have operated in the same geographical market, with similar product offerings – developing long-term sustainable housing and attractive living environments through knowledge of how people want to live and reside.
The companies merged to create a new entity with an even stronger market position and a broader portfolio of development projects and management properties, which in turn provides the conditions for increased production volumes, stable cash flows, and new business opportunities.
Since June 2025, Besqab has been listed on NASDAQ Stockholm.
Besqab was founded in 1989 and Aros Bostad was founded in 2006. Both companies started on a small scale by entrepreneurial business acquaintances, and several of the founders are still involved as major owners. Over the years, the businesses grew into publicly traded companies developing housing and housing-related community properties throughout Greater Stockholm and Uppsala.
