What does the role offer? We are expanding our finance team in Falkenberg and are looking for two committed accountants who want to make a difference. In this role, you will have a central position in our finance function and work closely with the CFO and Controllers. You will have a broad and varied role with overall responsibility for several companies within the group – and a chance to help develop the structure behind our growing operations. Examples of tasks include: • Accounting, accounts receivable and payable, and invoicing • Ongoing accounting and reconciliations • Tax and VAT declarations • Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements • Annual reports and declarations • Reporting to the group Both roles report to our CFO. In the role of Accounting Manager, you will also have overall responsibility for ensuring the quality of reporting, monitoring regulatory developments, and liaising with auditors and authorities. You will be based in our cozy office in central Falkenberg. We have a strong sense of cohesion in the team and an open work environment where we support each other in achieving our goals. Who are you? We are looking for someone with a relevant education in finance, and you should ideally have a few years of experience working with accounting and financial statements. For the role of Accounting Manager, you need to have experience independently managing and overseeing the financial closing process – from ongoing accounting to financial statements and annual reports and declarations. It is advantageous if you have previous experience working with multiple companies and projects, as we are a project-driven organization. You are proficient in Swedish and are an experienced user of accounting systems and Excel. You will be working with systems such as Fortnox, Unit4, and Capego. As a person, you are structured, meticulous, curious, and enjoy driving improvements in routines and systems. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where creativity and business acumen meet. You have strong communication skills and can explain financial terms in an easily understandable way.
