**Job Responsibilities**
As the Accounting Manager, you will hold a central and business-oriented role in the company. You will lead and develop the accounting function, ensuring high quality in ongoing financial operations. You will report directly to the CFO, contributing with financial analysis, governance, and strategic decision support. You will work closely with the accounting unit, forming a competent team. You will also collaborate with the finance departments of our companies in Sweden and with our subsidiaries in Norway and Finland.
Your main responsibilities include:
- Managing ongoing bookkeeping, monthly and annual closing, as well as annual reports
- Overseeing group consolidations
- Handling VAT and tax declarations
- Leading the accounting operations for the closing process
- Conducting cash flow analyses and income monitoring
- Engaging in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Managing receivables, payables, general ledger, and taxes
- Reporting to the CFO and management
- Assisting with audits and managing contacts with external partners
- Developing internal routines and system support
**We are looking for someone who:**
- Holds a bachelor's or master's degree in finance/accounting
- Has at least 5 years of experience in qualified accounting work
- Possesses solid experience in closing processes, annual and group financial statements, and financial reporting
- Is accustomed to working independently and taking on overall responsibility
- Enjoys a mix of operational, tactical, and strategic work
- Has strong communication skills
- Has good IT skills
**Desirable experience:**
- Background as an auditor or accounting consultant
- Experience working with Capego and Fortnox

**About the position:**
Employment conditions: 6-month probationary period, which automatically transitions to a permanent position.
Working hours: Weekdays, 07:30-16:30.
Salary: Fixed monthly salary.
