Recruiting Assistant at Bravura

As a Recruiting Assistant at Bravura, you will have a flexible part-time role where you support our recruiters in their daily work. You will become an essential part of the process – from CV screening and searching to phone interviews and reference checks. The role offers you significant responsibility, the opportunity to make an impact, and the chance to develop in a dynamic environment! **Responsibilities** As a Recruiting Assistant, your primary task is to support recruiters in their daily activities. Priorities may shift from day to day, and sometimes even from hour to hour. Your responsibilities will include CV screening, searching, conducting phone interviews, and reference checks. During holiday periods, you may have the opportunity to cover entire recruitment processes and assignments. We operate according to a competency-based recruitment methodology, and you will receive thorough training. You will have considerable responsibility, giving you excellent opportunities to influence both your own and Bravura’s development. The position is part-time, approximately 8-16 hours per week, allowing you to combine it with full-time studies during the semesters. **Who are you?** • Currently enrolled in a full-time university program, with at least one year left until graduation • You express yourself very well in both spoken and written Swedish and English • Experience in a similar role within recruitment and/or the industry is an advantage We believe in people's potential to develop.
