Job Description:
You will work to stimulate students' learning and development based on their needs, interests, and experiences, while also challenging them by inspiring new knowledge. Together with your colleagues, you will plan, implement, and evaluate the leisure activities. You will closely collaborate with our leisure coordinator.
As a leisure leader with us, you will also work to provide our students with meaningful leisure time by encouraging social interaction and strengthening group relationships.
Qualifications:
We are now looking for a qualified Leisure Leader/Leisure Educator or someone with extensive work experience in leisure activities who can contribute to the development of our leisure program.
You are well-acquainted with the curriculum and other governing documents within the school sector, and you have a strong ability to work towards set goals to enhance the quality of the leisure center. You are curious, creative, and capable of inspiring and motivating your colleagues in the team.
As a person, you are secure and stable, and skilled at building good relationships with both students and colleagues, as well as guardians. You communicate clearly and effectively and have the ability to motivate and inspire students to embrace new knowledge. You also work systematically with quality within the leisure center and find systematic quality work interesting and engaging.
