Reception Manager at Waterfront Cabins – Welcome to the Heart of Our Guest Experience! At Waterfront Cabins, we work every day to create memorable experiences for our guests – from the first check-in to the final goodbye. We are now seeking a Reception Manager who wants to lead our wonderful team and be the natural link between guests, employees, and operations. About the Role As Reception Manager, you are the face outward and the hub of our daily operations. You will lead a team of approximately 10 employees in the reception, with the primary focus always being to deliver exceptional service and exceed guest expectations. You are the one who ensures that everyday operations run smoothly – whether it involves planning staffing, coaching your employees, or quickly finding solutions when something unexpected happens. During our peak seasons – summer, holidays, Christmas, and New Year's – you will, of course, be on-site and show the way for your team. Primary Responsibilities • Lead, develop, and inspire the reception team in daily work • Ensure high service levels and warm interactions in all guest contacts • Responsible for scheduling, routines, and work distribution in reception • Handle guest matters professionally, attentively, and solution-oriented • Contribute to good collaboration between all departments – from Housekeeping to management and booking • Participate in developing our routines, systems, and guest experience Who Are You? We believe you have experience in reception, hotel, or service industry – preferably in a leadership role. However, most important is your attitude, sense of responsibility, and willingness to give guests that extra something.
